Specialisations
What Nihharika teaches
Pre-pregnancy yoga
Practice designed for women preparing for pregnancy: building strength, easing stress and developing body awareness before conception. Taught gently, in small groups or one-on-one.
Class details →Post-pregnancy yoga
A safe, gradual return to movement after delivery: rebuilding core and pelvic floor strength, improving posture, and carving out an hour that's just for you. Doctor's clearance requested first.
Class details →Pilates
Controlled, low-impact strength work with a focus on the core and posture. Excellent alongside yoga, and on its own for anyone who sits at a desk all day.
Class details →General yoga practice
Classic group classes for all levels: asana, breath work and relaxation, adapted to whoever is in the room that morning. This is where most students at the Ulubari studio begin.
Class details →Teaching Philosophy
How she teaches
Three things stay constant in every Paathway2Yoga class, whether it's a 6:15 AM group batch or a private session:
- Small classes, real attention. Batches are kept small so every student gets individual posture corrections, not a follow-along at the back of a crowded hall.
- The practice fits your body. Postures are adapted for beginners, for pregnancy, for stiff shoulders and old injuries. Nobody is pushed into a shape they're not ready for.
- Practical over preachy. Classes focus on what you can feel (better sleep, a steadier back, calmer mornings) rather than lectures on philosophy.
